Ghar ko Chicken Jhol Masu — quick weeknight version

Hapta ko bich ma jhol masu khanu cha tara dherai time chhaina? Yo version ma haami pressure cooker use garchhau, spice paste fresh banaaucha, ra masala lai short rakhcha.

Saamagri (4 jana ko lagi)

  • Chicken curry cut — 800g (Masubox ko safa cut nai best)
  • Pyaaj — 2, fine chopped
  • Tomato — 2, pureed
  • Lasun-aduwa paste — 2 tbsp
  • Khursani powder — 1 tsp (taste anusaar)
  • Besar — 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder — 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala — 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera — 1 tsp
  • Tej patta — 2
  • Tel — 3 tbsp
  • Noon — taste anusaar
  • Dhaniya patta garnish ko lagi

Banaaune tarika

  1. Pressure cooker tatauni, tel halnu. Jeera ra tej patta tadkau.
  2. Pyaaj halera golden brown samma bhutnu (4–5 min). Yo step skip nagarnu — yei nai jhol ko depth ho.
  3. Lasun-aduwa paste halera 1 min bhutnu, ani tomato puree halnu.
  4. Besar, khursani, dhaniya powder halera tel chhutne samma bhutnu (3–4 min).
  5. Chicken halera 5 min high heat ma bhutnu — masala ramrari coat hosh.
  6. 2 cup tato pani, noon, ra garam masala halera 2 whistle lagaaunu.
  7. Pressure jaau, dhaniya patta chherera serve.

Tip

Jhol gaadho parnu cha bhane 1 tbsp besan tomato sanga halnu. Sasto ra effective.
